I'm slooooowly getting tired of having to worry about the OS on my Zabbix hosts, so I'm pondering containers. I'm wondering if anyone else has done a migration? What pitfalls have you encountered?
We have an underlying OS so I have to worry about OS maintenance, and if I can remove that, it'd be great. I'm also thinking that if/when upgrades or maintenance comes along, I can just build a new patched/maintained container, then just swap them out. It seems like an awesome idea on paper, I'm wondering about the good & bad though.
