PATCH: Priority colors in overview.php (Zabbix-1.1.2)

This patch will show the priority colors of a trigger in the triggers info screen.
It will also only blink if a trigger goes to active, so it will not blink if it goes
back to normal.

This patch also includes the Hyperlinks patch from member Schneck

What is the 'H' and 'W' stand for, severity? I think that we should keep different colors for different trigger priorities with no letter (H, W, whatever) hints.

The letters are the first letter of the Priority mode
So H for High, W for Warning etc.
it also gives something visable to click on.
