Is there any possibility of having IT Services display and calculate the SLAs on a monthly instead of a weekly basis? All telecommunicatios providers guarantuee SLAs on a monthly level, so the weekly calculations in Zabbix are not helping in determining wether the agreed upon SLA was actually fulfilled or not.
Maybe make this an option, or change altogether (I don't know why anyone would need weekly SLAs, but there could of course be reasons for that)? Or any chance to integrate that somehow.. as I really need it monthly.
