PATCH: Russian translation (need help)

Hi all.

Yesterday i've almost finished russian translation. Before posting patch i would like to comminicate with some russians (can't find adequate translation for some strings)

First version

Ok, this is a first version of the russian translation. Waiting for bugs, mistakes, suggestions etc.

p.s. This version is based on the 1.1.4 en_gb.inc.php file. Will be updated to the 1.1.5 if there are any changes. Encoding is UTF-8
p.p.s. Btw, there are still some defects in the strings to translate. For example, S_NAME is used both for device and user names, but in russian there is a difference

1.1.5 version with some updates. Could anyone explain me the string "Aggregated periods count" in the graph setting? What does it mean?
