MIB Import

I have a MIB Import fonction writed for the Beta 1.3.2

The fonction import the privat MIBS in the items and create a new host and a new Group.
We found the fonction in menu Export/Import.

The fonction import too the Syntax and the Unit of the OIDs.

with modification of the file exp_imp.php
/include/local/en_gb.inc.php

and new file mib_inc.php in /include/

The fonction use libsmi-0.4.5 to dump the Mib
