PATCH [1.3.9] Temporary fix for events logging

Hi this is a temporary patch for the bug I described here: http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6137

When more than 20 events have been emitted for a trigger, half of the events are not logged anymore.

I've seen your initial report. Thank you! This patch is incorrect as it basically revert incorrect changes I made before. Note that the function is used not only by db.c!
