PATCH - (hu) Hungarian translate

Hi!
Here is a first version of the hungarian translation. Sorry, not finished yet.
And here is a patch to correct a charset mistake in the php frontend.
(p.s. This version is based on the 1.4.2 en_gb.inc.php file.)
