(Patch) Show latest value in Overview

This patch adds a "Last value" entry in the Trigger Overview page's "contextual menu" as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hi,

I've been asked to create a "onMouseOver" version of this patch. Here it is. The latest value will be displayed in a little hovering table over the triggers in overview.

Currently it's .. ugly. It really needs some love, but I don't know about the features the gui currently provides.. so.. just try it. And if you don't like it, drop it again.

Alright, this one even looks nice - I had to adjust some other stuff for it, though.

See the attached screenshot. The last value will be displayed on the left, at the height of the mouse cursor.
