Patch Request: When choosing a host group in drop down add a "All" to the host

Hopefully its not too cheeky to ask the clever chaps in these parts for a patch?

Its (hopefully) quite small, but a big problem I see with the Zabbix interface is that the "All" option for hosts disappears when you choose a host group.

This is particularly annoying when looking at "Triggers" under "Monitoring" as it means you either see ALL currently active triggers or simply one box.

I think it's will be implemented in ZABBIX 1.6. In monitoring section for shore.
