PATCH: database size estimation

Attached patch adds history and trends size estimation
on the `Configuration - Items` screen.

Size estimation is displayed for every item in history and trends
columns respectively (in parenthesis) and totals for all items
are displayed at the bottom of the screen.

The patch is quite accurate for MYSQL with InnoDB
(as accurate as internal InnoDB statistics),
estimation for all other DB engines might be
quite inaccurate.

I patched my frontend. all looks nice but i have a new column called "item_size".
In that column no values are shown for the single items (-> screenshot).
What is that col for? And why is there no data in it?

Sorry, that was debugging code. Thanks for bug report.

I've attached the patch without the debugging code.

Please restore items.php from backup and apply the new patch
(or you can edit your existing items.php manually and search
and replace "item_size" (with quotes) with empty space).

I'm planning to add "Whole DB estimation size" calculated as a sum
of estimations of all items history and trends. What screen do you
suggest for this estimation?
