French translation for v1.4.4

Hi,

I have attached french translation for v1.4.4.

This version is an enhanced version of the translation included in official source:
- All messages present in en_gb.inc.php have been translated
- A lot of typo/spelling errors have been corrected.

Please, feel free to include it in future releases of Zabbix.
