Patch to Mass Link/Unlink Templates to/from hostlist

Hi,
I got to mass-link templates to 900+ hosts and saw there wasn't a function to do that.
Only two ways i found, are:
1) mass-copy items+triggers of template to hostlist. This would cause a big mess, because when you need to modify 1 trigger or item, you whould have to modify each host item or trigger, by hand.
2) link/unlink templates on host config page. One by One. It would have driven me completly crazy on 900+ hosts.
That's why i patched Templates_Linkage page to do that.

Bugs: Maybe there could be some visual/style bugs (laking of correct titles and stuff like that), but code is working perfectly.
