Okay, so I've got this hope for a feature where the escalation module somehow integrates with mobile media clients (i.e., palm phones) and has the ability to respond to whether an issue is being actioned through either clicking a link with an email or responding with a certain code perhaps.
This may require exposing portions of the zabbix web interface to the internet or something.
