Hi guys.
First of all thanks to all the developers at Zabbix who have worked very hard to produce what i think is a very good product. I am loving 1.6 and already feel this is more the product i was looking for out of 1.4.
However i am still completely disappointed with the email notification. ON or OFF to me is a mad way of telling me if the trigger is active.
Unless i am missing something and if someone can help me work this out.
Like i have said in the past i would like email notifications to do thus:
When the alert is active i would like the following information
PROBLEM
Server Name
IP Address
What caused the Alert
Time Date
When the alert is OK and everything is back up and running
SERVICE OK
Server Name
IP Address
Time Date
If some one can prove me wrong that it can do this i would be most happy as this is one major thorn in my side and my company if they are to take this as a serious product i need to get this right
