Customize PERSONAL DASHBOARD

Hi all,

Could be nice to make customizable the "PERSONAL DASHBOARD".

it's great the idea of favourite screen, maps and so on
but I'd wish to edit the right part of the PERSONAL DASHBOARD like I can do with a screen (handle single cells)
