[zabbix-1.61svn] trigger dependencies lost

I have changed the dependencies of a trigger (which is in a template) per host.
Its for checking if the proxy is running.
Now I did a change on the trigger in template and whoops, all dependencies I added hostwise are lost. That seems strange behaviour.
I dont need that dependencies for all hosts, also the proxy is not always the same so I cant put that dependency in template.
How could I workaround that?

This behavior is ZABBIX, as it updates all fields when changing a template and not only the changed ones. I saw a patch somewhere in this forum for this, but I don't know if it still applies to the SVN version.
