Suggestion: Add the ability to write notes for a graph.

I have a suggestion for something useful that would be very simple. Add the ability to write some notes when creating a graph then render those notes at the bottom of the graph. This would allow someone to attach some info about an attribute such as circuit ids, contact numbers, upgrade notes, just about anything to the bottom of a graph. This way when you allow some non-technical people to look at screens they will have a little more information then the name of the graph and the data.

This is important so I may spend some time righting it in the next few weeks, but I'm not at all interested in maintaining my own patches against this project so I would contribute the code. Is this something that the zabbix developers would be interested in including in a stable release? If so is there documentation on how to submit code and how to deal with schema changes (adding a column)?
