Disable users

Hi,

We installed and configured Zabbix (latest from source) without (serious) problems, but when trying to disable the defaults users we noticed two things:

- There is no group "disabled", we had to create that ourselves. Nothing serious, but using the "Select" option for a user is all of a sudden confusing, since the Disabled add to/remove from is empty.

- All over Zabbix you can just click the ENABLED option to disable an item, trigger, event, etc... But not a user. This is rather inconsistent we thought..

Apart from these remarks, we're quite happy with zabbix!

You are not allowed to disable an exact user. You need to disable user group and then add user to that group. Managing users on group level is more efficient.

Disabled user group by default will be added
