Feature request: Wildcard for dynamic indexes

I want to monitor Windows disk via SNMP and need a Wildcard or regular expression to compare for dynamic indexes.

Example:
hrStorageDescr.1="C:\ Label:SYS Serial Number 6c2146c2"

SNMP OID
hrStorageSize["index","hrStorageDescr","C:*"]

Or is there an other possibility to do this via SNMP?
