Not sure if any of you have ever used Kaseya but the Kaseya agents that you install on windows PC's allow users with proper permissions to access the Kaseya control panel and initiate RDP sessions to the clients that have the agent installed on them. This is nice because it does not require any portforwarding on the firewall / gateway devices. I think another product that does something like this is "GoToMyPC".
Any chance of getting something like that built into Zabbix?
