Time period

Is there a chance to make checks made from server time deppendant, I would like to run automated jmeter tests durring nighttime, I do not wan't only to make a Trigger inactive I want the checks to stop checking during the day.I realize that this can be done by some external script to do something to the DB,and ...bla... bla, but Tivoli and Nagios all know about time periods(profiles,...). Is there an easy way to immplement this functionality

What are your exact requirements? Do you want ZABBIX to make a single check per night, or make it active within some time period (say, 02:00-06:00 every night)?

Sorry for leaving your answer, at first there were no replies!

To the question I would like acctually both (but for one check I could simple adjust frequency ), so the second "make it active within some time period (say, 02:00-06:00 every night)" but they have to stop durring the day (not only triggers, but the checks must not be performed in any other time period but the one during nighttime-nagios style), these test are extreme, they are testing new code implemented on our application servers by some third contracter, and they cannot be running all the time!!

Jmeter zabbix integration

I am using jmeter for performance testing and plan to use zabbix for server side monitoring. Can you please share me the detailed steps on how to integrate jmeter and zabbix. Any documentation on the same would be of great help . Thanks.
