Was wondering if it would be possible to add a group to triggers so that you can just alert certain groups for certain triggers. I've not found an easy way to do selective alerting based on the actual trigger itself.
e.g. for disk space alerts you could set up a hardware/sys admin group, and those alerts go there.
for service down, that could go to the developers.
etc.
The main use i see is where you can have all alerts go to the system admins, and just select certain others to go to a helpdesk/support team, and another set of alerts could go to the customer.
