It would be nifty to be able to add comments to items, in the same way that they are added to triggers.
That way, I can store user defined parameters in the comments for the item, so when I go to roll out a new host, the parameter is right there, and I can just copy and paste, rather than going and looking in my notes/wiki/other hosts.
