Bug: "Overview" displayed hosts dependent on "Latest Data" selected group filter

I have a test installation of zabbix server 1.6.5 with frontend and a few agents.

Host main_node is actually the Zabbix agent at the Zabbix server, therefore it is in group Zabbix servers.
Hosts slave_01, slave_02 are in group Linux Servers.

I have usually more browser windows open and realized that when I have 2 pages open simultaneously - Overview and Latest Data, Overview page displays only servers, that are in group selected in Latest Data window. Which should be totally independent. Overview group filter is still set to "all", but after autorefresh of Overview, the group filter from Latest Data is applied.

After manually setting another group in Overview, this behaviour stops and it works normally - independent of Latest Data group filter.
If I close both windows, open them again, Overview is dependent on Latest Data again.

EDIT: in 1.4.2 this happens too.

This is not a bug, this is frontend peculiarity. Due to remembering last visited host/group and reopening it on next page visit, if none is selected.

this is fine in some cases.
But IMHO there is still a bug.

Example:

I want to see all triggers for all hosts on the Trigger page so I select all hosts in all hostgroups.
However, if I now switch to Latest Data the latest data of all hosts are shown.

Having several hundreds of hosts with thousand of items you can imagine
how fast it is shown on the screen.
