    [zabbix-1.8] web interface.

    Hello:
Only say that I prefer interface of zabbix 1.6.6 to new 1.8 version.
    It was more clear.
Now, configuration has become a nightmare!

    Best regards!

while i like some things about new interface and dislike others, i think your post... was not very useful

i'd suggest listing exact things you dislike, why and how they could be reasonably improved

      Hi

I have many line feeds / breaks. any space or - e.g. causes next line.
In 1.6 was www.test-doma.in one line, in 1.8 there are two lines.

      not nice to view ...

At first, I found the new menu style to be painful but I've discovered a few tips along the way that really help.

The filters are very key to easily navigating around what I want to view and edit in the "Hosts" part of "Configuration". I use the filters extensively to narrow down the items I want to be looking at.

If you state specifically what trouble you're having, there is a better chance of getting help or GUI improvements in the next release.

Which brings up a good point. Some of the new features can make it more dificult to navigate a small installation by adding one or two more clicks to get where you want, however in a large installation it's now much faster to get just the subset you want.

And another good point you raised, it's ok not to like something, but it's better if you say why and how to make it better.
