It doesn't seem that this is set up in zabbix. If it is, I don't find it very easy to set up. I've tried every possible configuration for this with zero results.
I would simply like for zabbix to send out an email to the user/group associated with an event after that event gets acknowledged so that other users in that group are aware that it's been acknowledged and is being worked on.
If this is not yet available, would you please...please make it available in subsequent releases?
