About the Polycom SNMP troublesome

Hi :
are there someone succeed to monitor the polycom before?
I tried to monitor the PolycomVSC700 on zabbix 1.6 lately,but however i used the SNMPv1 or SNMPv2, it aways can't catch the Items of polycom.
i affirm the SNMP OID are correct,but the Items status show "Not supported" SNMP error....

Can you post the output of snmpwalk and snmpget for your OID, and also any errors in your server log.
