Zabbix Remote Agent Installer (Windows)

I'm working on a remote agent installer to windows, very simple to use. Just add settings and hosts where agents to be installed. Not finish yet, created the thread to get ideas from users. Maybe the tools is not necessary.

The field "AD Username" and "Password" is used for the client permission

In your install environment try locking it down from a security perspective using things like domain policy and so forth. Many places where I can see this being useful *should* have services such as this locked down very tightly.

Instead of releasing the application as is, i'am gonna itegrate the Active Directory OU's, instead of putting computers manually. So the application can scan computers and check the depencies of the Agent, to be installed or updated.

Wow, this project looks awesome! I'm very interested in this as I've been really wanting a way to centrally deploy Zabbix in windows. I'll have to give this a shot soon.

I used EZ-execute. It is an old GUI for Systernals PsExec. Just place PsExec in the same directory as the .exe.

Here is a link to PsExec: Website

As you can see in the screenshot it is VERY nice. Load objects from AD automatically and specify command line parameters. It will even copy the file to the remote PC before it runs it. I highly recommend using this tool.

I personally still like this smooth looking GUI interface. Not sure if you are still working on this. I know there is a windows msi installer but I like this gui for installing on multiple servers at once.
