Hostmacros in snmp oids

According to documentation, there is no support of host macros in snmp oids, does this feature in plans? It is highly interesting feature and just a perfect solution for e.g. cisco templates where only one change is interface reference. Without user macro it is no any chance to do template, just only copying items. Thats terrible in case you've more than 20 snmp hosts.
