How to insert more then 1000 host automatically into mysql database?

Hi all,

i have a littel problem. I´ve installed zabbix 1.1beta2 on a SuSE 9.1 Server and everything works fine. Know i have to manage more then 1000 hosts. Is there any script that insert the hosts an graphs of the hosts into the mysql database automatically? I´ve i insert every host manually i will do this maybe in on month or so

Can anybody help me?

Yes, if you look in the cookbook section there is a thread about doing bulk loading of hosts. Please note also that the next version will have a bulk loader in the UI. At present it only does hosts, but I am hoping to get the Users and Triggers added soon. At present, with a P2/450 w/512M RAM, it taks about 14 seconds to bulk load 1000 hosts and assign them to groups.
