I have installed zabbix on Suse 11.2 Zabbix 1.8.2,
Installation has successfully done.
Can any one help me out how to configure client agent, How to add new host into Zabbix for monitor it.

Before going any further, have you checked the manual? Are you finding yourself hung up in some specific area of understanding? Your question is pretty broad and the online manual for 1.8 is pretty good, if you're finding it does not quite help then please suggest ways to improve it.
