limiting notifications

Hi All,

Quick and easy one for you all, Could you please confirm the best way to limit notifications?

The below shows the 3 triggers that I have setup
E.g.
trig1 - Disaster = Ping loss > 80%
trig2 - High = Ping Loss > 40%
trig3 - Warning = Ping Loss > 1%

I am currently receiving 3 notifications each time pings are failing at a percentage above 80% that is perfectly logical as both other triggers are true.

should I set trig3 to be dependent on trig1,2 and trig2 to be dependent on trig1? surely there is an easier way?

Hi,

You have to use dependencies:
trig3 depends on trig2
trig2 depends on trig1
is enough, no need to define "trig3 depends on trig1".
