      I would not mind if there was an ability for my system profile to be sent back to Zabbix during install.

          I normally run the latest, until 5.3 came out. 5.3 is a cheeky release of 6.0, not a dot upgrade. For compatibility reasons I have, and will continue to hold back for awhile before moving to 5.3/6.
