Email triggers

Hi,
I configured the Triggers in a way that it needs to triggers only "High" Severity .But it is triggering the alerts if even if the severity is in "Warning" . Please help me out so that it needs to trigger only with the "High" Severity. Please find the attachment of my trigger Configuration.

Hi,

Could you try changed: from Trigger severity = High to Trigger severity >= High and ADD Trigger Value = Problem. What's your zabbix version?

Thanks for the reply , As per you suggestion i tried with the below changes . even its triggering the Warning Alerts . I dont want the warning alerts to be triggered . I am using the version zabbix 1.8.1 Please find the screen shot with the changes and help me out.

Why you add a Trigger value = OK? Delete this.

Look for my sample action:

Trigger value = "PROBLEM"
Trigger severity >= "High"
Host group = "VPN"

If in host group VPN I have PROBLEM and severity is HIGH or DISASTER I get notification (email and sms).

Quick question, do you perhaps have another action item setup that is sending the warning alerts?

I have multiple groups and action items created, where one of them will forward all alerts only to myself, but all other groups only forward >=Average to the relevant administrators.

I created a Trigger with the below description , it seems to be working fine and triggering only the “High” based severity alerts , but when comes to the recovery alert , I am getting a lot of alerts for the same its nearly getting 13 Recovery mails for 1 alert . Please find my Action Description , Please help me out in this
