System and hardware requirements for agent

I can`t find system and hardware requirements for zabbix agent. Help me!
And I need know How much does it use a network traffic?

It really depends on what you configure in the Zabbix webinterface. If you poll every second for instance it will use more bandwidth than when you do it onec a minute.

Now I don`t know how I`ll use it, but for exemple let`s take a item per 1 minute

The agent does not really have any hardware requirements per se, the load it places on a system is overall pretty minimal.

The server however, that's a different story. The manual is a good place to start for such information.
