I am currently moving my production systems and reconfiguring Zabbix at the new site. I have some suggestions to implement in the new version (sorry if any of these are redundant, I haven't downloaded the alpha release)
1) Make adding Actions faster - I have several servers and I want to set up some of the same triggers and actions for each. Adding triggers isn't bad, I can just change the hostname and do an add. The actions are somewhat more tedious, I have to add each one at a time, per each trigger. Not sure what the best way to do this would be, maybe allow an action to be copied to another trigger on another host.
2) Provide reports of items and triggers - I would like to document everything I am monitoring. Would be nice to be able to pull up report(s) of every host and the items that are monitored, the triggers that are set up, and especially the actions that are included.
3) Is there a place on this site, or has anyone setup a site for user parameters and scripts that are called by them. I have created some parameters and scripts to monitor things that Zabbix does not support and would be happy to contribute them back to everyone else - or have them improved on.
