Feature request before freeze :)

One feature i will like to have is a way to add screen to template

For exemple you define a a screen for the template "web servers" with several graphs and some text data like http_perf and some load averages etc... You would like then to have it for all the hosts linked to the template . This way in case of troubles i have in one screen all the informations i need.

Right now i have to create one for each server (perhaps i missed something here). Having the ability to add screen with template data like for graph would be very helpfull.

For my part the server seems faster since i upgraded to beta7, perhaps the things are facter or perhaps the alter tables reconstructed some indexes. Anyway the frontend is improving fast and this is good news thanks for the work and cheers to the zabbix team.

I haven't been using the other features besides triggers and actions much because my system is in so much flux, but i agree that creating templated graphs and screens based on an item template would be great. That way I could have multiple lines on one graph and have it propogate through all my hosts with the least effort.

it's another way to have a functionality like i spoke about in

but using the template way. basicaly when you have an item of the screen that is from a template host and not a real one you have to duplicate the screen for all the hosts linked to the template.

Of course this could get messy if the screen has more than one template host it refers too.. but the people suggesting ideas are not the one coding them hopefully for the zabbix team
