would it be possible for the SLA calculation to work for different amounts i.e. a drop down offering weekly, monthly, rolling monthly yearly and 24x7
that way we would have the information displayed as to how the sla has been affected within the sla period instead of having to go into the reports. the majority of slas i use are signed contracts for 3 years with a 1 month rolling sla for optical links. if a link goes down i only need to see for the time period on the sla not a 24x7 view. (it makes it look like i have breached the sla when in fact its calumerative)
