Instead of :

{server1.mydomain.com:http.last(0)}=0
{server2.mydomain.com:http.last(0)}=0
{server3.mydomain.com:http.last(0)}=0
{server4.mydomain.com:http.last(0)}=0
...
server40.mydomain.com:http.last(0)}=0

is this possible to create a trigger like this :

{{host}:http.last(0)}=0

I have more than 40 servers and I dont wand to add this manually.

Yes. Use templates.

Create template & trigger on template. Then create host with this template. If you need in messages hostname use macros {HOSTNAME}
