    Range of values for RefreshActiveChecks

In zabbix_agentd.conf, RefreshActiveChecks has to be set between 60seconds and 3600seconds,why not until 1hours or 1 day, or even more?

I think one of the best advantage of the passive agent is to reduce network traffic and if you check every 10min, isn't it too heavy?

in this part of the world, 3600 seconds is one hour

depends on the size of the environment. usually that is not a concern until you get above several thousands of active agents. if you indeed feel that one hour is not long enough, feel free to open a new feature request in the tracker

Yes 3600s is one hour^^ my mistake!

So i think for my network with about 100 computers, RefreshActiveChecks every 3600s should be light enough!

      What is the "tracker"?

if you are ok with updates to item config taking up to one hour, of course.
tracker is the zabbix issue tracker at https://support.zabbix.com/browse/
