A Graph with only 1 y-axis gets the unit of the first item that is assigned to it. When a second item is attached, the unit from item 1 is kept. There's no clue of item 2's unit. (apart from the legend).
A graph with 2 y-axis (left and right) has the same issures. If there are 2 items which don't have units, no one knows which item belongs to which axis.
A graph can only contain data from 1 host.
Suggestion:
- Why not allow data from multiple hosts? Create an additional drop-down menu for the hosts. That would also make the drop-down smaller than now.
- Every item gets its own y-axis. Then you can label the y-axis with the item's name AND its unit.
You are also able to combine an item with values up to 10000 (10k) and an item with values about 10 both on the right side and both are shown in the center of the graph.
Until now, item 2 would be a straight line, lying on the x-axis.
