    Sugg. No. 9: Trigger function in graph

    As already discussed here, i'd like to have some treshold functions implemented into the graph.

    A cusomer without much knowledge can see more easily, when the net load is good, ok or bad. just like the RRD tool does (see here)...

    This thread might be crap, because alexei said, a trigger function is built into beta10.
    dependent on how it is implemented, this thread can be used for feedback for that function or be closed
    Big ZABBIX is watching you!
    (... and my 48 hosts, 4513 items, 1280 triggers via zabbix v1.6 on CentOS 5.0)

    Yes a basic dashed line is displayed for each of up to 3 triggers on a graph in beta10.

    Make sure that you don't have spaces in your trigger definition though - they are not stripped out when parsing it to get the value.

    eg: {host:item.func()} > 1000 is no good, you must have {host:item.func()}>1000

    Would be nice to be able to select the colour of the dashed line (hint). It is drawn in black which does not show up too well. Easily changed though in <zabbixwebhome>/include/classes/graph.inc.php line 496 eg: change
    $this->colors[$trigger['color']]);
    to..
    $this->colors["Dark Red"]);

    Ah...just figured out the colour of the trigger line is defined by severity you define for the trigger - so a red line is drawn for a High Severity trigger (and so on).

    But I still think the black line does not stand out much.
