Feature Request: Configure blackouts in web interface

Hi,

I think it would be really useful to be able to set regular blackout periods for hosts (or better yet both hosts and items) in the web interface.

I realize that currently you can use expressions in the trigger definition to create blackout periods. But this is tedious and you have to know how to configure zabbix triggers to do it. Which makes it difficult for my boss.

Yes, it's would be nice, because worktime dosent work only on one of hosts.
