Zabbix plugin for Ovirt/Rhev-m

Hi,

First let me thank you for this wonderfull monitoring solution. Zabbix has been monitoring our infra for the last couple of years.

We are pretty active in the Ovirt virtual datacenter management tool. A couple of months ago we discussed the features the community would like to see in a next release and one of the highest scoring features was Nagios/Zabbix integration with 73,9% ;-)

For Nagios there now is a plugin available:

And as a Zabbix shop we can't use it.

Would it be difficult to create this plugin for zabbix?

As I'm not really good at coding I have to rely on other users for that, but we are willing to spend the time testing and would be able to provide a test environment to develop on.

Good morning,
We have an Ovirt/Rhev based infrastructure too. It would be wonderful to monitor it with a dedicated plugin. We're experiencing issues monitoring Ovirt/Rhev nodes, because we can't install the zabbix agent due to the node disto behavior. Will we receive this gift someday?
