2.0.x: Aghast at Actions configuration changes

Is there some great reason why CONFIGURATION OF ACTIONS is now split across 3 subpages? It doesn't seem as if Action/Conditions/Operations couldn't easily fit on a single page as they have historically, providing a complete view of the Action's configuration instead of bouncing back and forth between 3 tabs. Dislike!

I would say the same for User configuration. All this splitting up of pages seems totally unnecessary.
