    Zbx_notsupported snmp

    Good day!
    Is there any analogue to zabbix_get for snmp? I want to debug what zabbix got in request.
    I created an discovery rule in template - but got an ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED at host.
    I able to create Discovery Rules before and didn't got an errors.
    Snmpwalk look similar to working rules.

      You can have a look at the Zabbix server log file and then search for that particular host.

      SNMP items can go into "not supported" states for a couple of reasons, amongst which:
      * timeouts (item taking too long too respond to the req)
      * invalid community / port / version / OID
      * dynamic SNMP indexes not fully supported (eg. partial name matching not supported yet)

      I always copy my faulty SNMP items' details from Zabbix and run it with the same details from the command line to see if it actually works:
      Code:
      snmpget -v <version> -c <community> <host>[:<port>] [OID]
      If you cannot find a proper reason, then I'd suggest you run Wireshark
