Zabbix can integrate into literally any DevOps escalation process and ticketing system. I want to know who is out there using it to the max capability. Looking to hear some real world use cases, and perhaps a few tips on how you pulled it off.
At first I thought that I could use Grafana as an escalation system- but shortly after that, I realized that I could not alert on specific Zabbix alerts which rendered that theory mute. Looking for open advice on this one...
