Hi all.. and how do I contribute to the Zabbix documentation ?

Just a quick post to say hi and introduce myself. I have just set up Zabbix4 on Ubunutu 18.04 with Postgres, and was able to successfully migrate from our old 2.2 server. All working well so far.

In the process I found some problems with the SNMP trap documentation for Zabbix 4, how can I contribute the fixes ?

Hello and welcome to Zabbix Forums!

Great that you have made it all up and running with your install.

If you want to report issues with Zabbix the correct place to do it is in the support portal: https://support.zabbix.com
There are two projects - ZBX for bugs and problems in the existing versions (your documentation issues might go there) and ZBXNEXT for suggesting new functionality which may later be introduced in Zabbix.

You will not be able to edit the documentation directly but create a new issue with your findings and then Zabbix team might review what is it about. Before posting anything there search for existing issues as already reported duplicates can exist. Also it's a good idea to discuss the issues before here or in the Zabbix IRC channel if you are using it.
