A Few ideas...
¿Have you seen "OPENDcim"?
There are some "wish-able" functions that could be developed in zabbix like "electrical circuits inventory". It can simulate the shutdown of an electrical circuit, telling you which devices will be affected.
Have you ever thought about an static ip address segment administrator? Just to assign ip addresses and keep the segment up to date without repeated addresses and lower your work?
