Display Item's Unix timestamp as date/time

I have an item setup as follows to return the Unix Timestamp from a file in a Windows Server, for when the file was modified:

Name:	Capture.PNG
Views:	17825
Size:	8.9 KB
ID:	366446

In latest data it shows up like this:

Name:	Capture1.PNG
Views:	17449
Size:	6.5 KB
ID:	366447

Is there a way I can set it up to show it as an actual date / time value (eg: 10/01/2018 @ 2:31pm (BST)) , instead of Unix timestamp?
